I was raised in Medicine Hat along with my six younger brothers. My
parents were a veterinarian and a public school teacher. After school, I
tried various jobs but Real Estate called me. I started out with a
regional multi-office company, then moved around various agencies over
many years. During that time I married, raised two sons and divorced. At
the beginning of 2011, I moved to Atlas Realty Estate where I am now.
I built houses, bought revenue properties and handled the renting of them, renovated, bought and sold my own properties, and assisted many people to buy and sell theirs. I have done it all when it comes to to Real Estate.
Over the years I have taken just about every course in Real Estate that could be found. I have the credentials to become a broker, have earned many different designations through education and experience, and am a life member of the Medicine Hat Real Estate Board.
My philosophy of Real Estate is simple; Property is the most important thing we own, and by dealing effectively with the various challenges the market brings us, we may dobetter or worse. My task is to help my clients do better. I want you to ‘win’. Winning takes various forms, depending on the situation and the client’s needs.
When buying and selling Real Estate, both parties must ‘win’, or there is no deal. This is possible because the form of the ‘win’ differs between the buyer and the seller. The Seller might win by enabling a necessary move, the buyer wins by getting the best home for his family that he can afford.
If one party feels he is losing, that he is better off to wait for a better deal, there is no sale. Nobody wins. By creating a“Win-Win” situation, we end up with a good deal for everyone. My job is to help to create this winning combination, so that you may win too.
